This course involves four 1-hour classes, one day per week. Mondays July 7th, 14th, 21st &28th. Time 1-2pm. Location: 711 S. 2nd Ave. Pocatello, ID. 83201. (left wing building, separate entrance from the museum of clean).

Recommended equipment: Tennis shoes (or supportive shoes that stay on well) preferred; parent/sibling/support worker if individual assistance is needed
