Legacy Athletics Academy Rugby Training builds toughness, endurance, and technical skills needed for success on the field. Our program focuses on tackling, passing, rucking, scrummaging, and game strategy while emphasizing strength, agility, and teamwork. Athletes will develop the skills and resilience necessary to compete at a high level.

This course involves four 1-hour classes, once a week. Thursdays January 8th, 15th. 22nd & 29th; 26th 5-6pm. *Time subject to change if necessary before first class* @ Connor Academy 1295 Alpine Ave, Chubbuck ID 83202.

Recommended equipment (not required): Tennis shoes, Water bottle, Mouth Guard **We provide balls for class use
