Legacy Athletics Academy Basketball Training helps players improve their shooting, ball-handling, defensive skills, and game IQ. Our program includes position-specific coaching, agility drills, strength training, and real-game simulations to develop well-rounded athletes. We focus on fundamentals while refining advanced techniques to prepare players for competition at all levels.

This course involves four 1-hour classes. Mondays January 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th. Time 7-8pm Location: Connor Academy 1295 Alpine Ave. Chubbuck, ID. 83202 **time subject to change by an hour dependent on number of athletes registered for class**
