Wednesdays
July 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
August 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
11 & Younger 5-6pm
12 & Older 6-7pm

Legacy Athletics Academy Floor Hockey Training develops puck handling, shooting, and defensive techniques. Our program includes strength training, agility drills, and strategic playmaking to help players learn and love the sport.
